Grove Wellbeing Centre £16.36m The works comprise the construction of a new health and well being centre which contains a leisure centre, health centre, library and share ancillary areas. The building is predominantly three storeys with a basement. The construction is steel framed with curtain walling / cavity external walling. The building is fully finished and fitted out (with the exception of loose furniture and fittings and bowling alley equipment) Leisure Centre (5,400m2): This comprises a full size swimming pool and small pool, changing rooms, fitness suite, sports hall, multi-purpose rooms and ancillary areas. Health Centre (3,182m2): This comprises of consulting rooms, treatment rooms/clinics, examination areas, administration and ancillary areas. Library (370m2): This includes a main library area to receive shelving etc supplied by others. Shared Areas (1,100m2): These include entrance areas, corridors, café area, sundry plant areas.
