O'Hare & McGovern Limited are celebrating their success in winning the best overall construction project between £3-£8 Million in the Specify, CEF Construction Excellence Awards 2002, for the Community Outreach Centre, Springfield Road, Belfast, which was the first development of the West Belfast University Campus.
