Leisure projects are extremely varied both in terms of content and location. Leisure and sports facilities built by the company include the £6.2 million Six mil Water complex in Ballyclare which includes a leisure pool, sports hall, fitness suite, function rooms and restaurant; Navan Swimming Pool, valued at £5.1 million; Dundalk Swimming Pool, a £4.6 million development and Sligo Omniplex, a new cinema complex built at a cost of £3.5 million.
The company have also been responsible for a number of major hotel projects, both inside and outside of the Province. These include the Quality Hotel in Carrickfergus, the Fairways Hotel in Dundalk, the Great Southern Hotel at Dublin Airport and most recently, Carnbeg Hotel in Dundalk.

Drogheda Swimming Pool
The development will consist of a new swimming pool and leisure complex of total floor area approx 2,350m2 including the following: pool hall with 25m 5 lane main pool, learner pool, toddler pool and spectator seating; entrance area including reception and a small vending and seating area; communal changing village with associated showers, toilets and lockers; health spa with sauna, steam room and spa pool; fitness suite with gym, aerobics studio and dedicated 'dry' changing area; administration includes ticket desk, cash office, poolside office / first aid, staff facilities and managers office; associated plant, storage and ancillary spaces.
External works and landscaping includes coach and car drop off areas, car parking, accessible parking, service yard, planting and new perimeter fencing.

Carnbeg Hotel and Leisure Complex, Dundalk
Client: Carnbeg Development Ltd
This project consisted of the construction of a new Hotel and Leisure complex. The building was of traditional construction and split into three blocks. The north block houses the bar, restaurant, reception and kitchen areas with a four-storey bedroom block over the ground level and a basement under the reception and kitchen areas. The West block includes a conference centre and swimming pool area. The balance includes a nightclub and fitness centre, which includes demolitions and alterations of an existing building. The total floor area of the building is approximately 7,305m2
