Over the last three decades, the company has worked on a number of key commercial properties, including several high profile schemes in its home town of Newry, which was granted city status in 2001.

There is no doubt that these infra-structural developments have attracted further inward investment to the area and contributed greatly to Newry's status as a major retail destination.

120,000 sq ft new build shopping centre on a brown field site in Newry in 1988. In 1997, the company completed a 30,000 sq ft extension to the retail shopping centre together with a 500 space multi storey car park.
